A BIG EAST FINAL FOUR?

Off the break I'm showing favoritism because I played in the Big East for a non-tourney team, the Georgetown Hoyas! Saying that, GTown didn't handle biz this year but I still like the balls of the Big East! Louisville, Villanova & my pick for Champion, UCONN. That's right, the Huskies are my fave to win. The Big East has 5 teams left in the "Sweet 16" UConn, Louisville, Syracuse, Pittsburgh & Villanova. I am pretty sure that this years champ will come from the toughest conference in Basketball. The physical play meshed with the talent of these young cats along with that East Coast Bad Boy heart, are making the youngsters get after everyone and everything in there path. Blake Griffin, Oklahoma's super stud predicted by some to go 1st in this years NBA draft will meet his match by a group of guys who won't fear his presence over in Syracuse. Duke will get hit in the mouth by some guys in Philly that could care less about Coach K or his statement about Obama. It would be great to see a Big East Final Four for the 1st time in History. It would be a battle and probably the best tourney ever.  Its UCONN for me! Shot out to Southeast own (yes Congress Park has another one) Sam Young "Pitt". Good Luck homey!

CUP CAKES

What's up peeps! I know it's been awhile since i made a post but I've been really busy and on the move. Developing my new company, I'm back playing ball and taking advantage of opportunities that have been coming my way. Nuff of that. 

CUP CAKES!...

2 nights ago, I have been attacked by a Cup cake crave unlike no other. I have a crazy sweet tooth but 2 days ago it became only for Cup Cakes. Red Icing, Red Velvet man it's crazy. my last few conversations were about Cup Cakes. I Twit about Cup Cakes, leave status messages on Facebook about them. it's really getting out of control! Georgetown Cup Cake is the best thing that has happened in my life since Obama! Say what you want about a grown man speaking on Cup Cakes, but Cup Cakes are the recession busters! Trust me... when things are not going well get or give a Cup Cake. If you see a fight on the street, give them a Cup Cake. If you think you're going to get fired from your job, take your boss a Cup Cake every morning. 

 Cup Cakes have been known to heal the soul also. Have you ever seen a sad person eating a Cup Cake?

  Cup Cakes are good for sports also. I use to eat Skittles before a game and pizza right before I walk on the court to kill the butterflies that were trying to kill me. Now it's Cup Cakes and they make those butterflies feel so good it makes me calm and I can have fun! I should colab with Gatorade and make a "G-Cake." (Thoughts) Finally Cup Cakes are the best romance food. First off they are cute and romanticism is visual! Secondly they are tasty and all your senses effects romanticism. Lol (I like that word, hahaha) Romanticism, Romanticism... But try it. Get your girl or your dude a Cup Cake and it'll help your relations. (and romanticism, romanticism) Lol, Cup Cakes y'all. The Recession buster. The President can't do it alone, we have to help and it starts with Happiness. Go get a Cup Cake!

MARCH IS BRINGING STREETBALL BACK MONTH!

  Bringing Streetball back month (March) will be the stories of the comeback of streetball this summer. Just to give you a little early info, this is an interview I did for the And 1 streetball Video game:

 Interview Black Opts  & “Prime Objective” 

Josh: First off, what’s your real name? 

PO: Lonnie Harrell 

J: What’s your player number on the team? 

PO: 21. 

J: Tell me about your nickname, “Prime Objective.” How’d you get it, and what’s it mean? 

PO: I got it from playing at Rucker Park in New York. The commentator (Hannibal)... I got the name like after the third time I touched the ball, cause all three times I touched it I scored. And he’s like “his prime objective is to score!” And after, everybody just called me Prime Objective. 

J: Where’d you grow up? 

PO: Washington D.C. 

J: Growing up in Washington, what courts did you like playing at? 

PO: First of all Malcom X, in South East DC, that’s where I learned... that’s where my game came from. I played out there by myself. Me, and I would visualize nine other people on the court with me. And I would play a full game, or I would go out there and play against a whole lot of little boys, there would be like 6, 7 of them trying to steal the ball from me, and after they left the court, I would play there by myself.  

J: How did you first become interested in streetball? 

PO: I actually wasn’t interested in streetball, it’s just that that’s where basketball comes from. It all depends where you grow up, where you’re from... like Professor, never even played basketball outside – he always played indoors, because that’s where he’s from. Where I’m from, we played outside. We had a lot of outdoor courts, but even when we didn't, we would take a rim, nail it on a tree out the back of our house, and that would be our court. So I mean, that’s what I know. So Streetball wasn’t new to me, it’s not foreign to me. The thing that was, was going and learning how to play a regulation game. 

J: What was it like growing up in D.C? 

PO: I’m proud I’ve been from D.C. because it made me what I am today on and off the court. On the court, it definitely made me tough because you’ve got a lot of guys who are like the best basketball players, but they play hard, and they used to foul a lot. But it made me tough. 

Also, we have a lot of basketball players in D.C. who are not recognized. You always hear about New York being the Mecca because NBA players came through and played but back in the days, 

we had guys who played [in D.C.] that were just as good as those guys. Prime example, we had one guy named Hawkeye Whitney who played in the NBA and he was a great player. Adrian Dantley, the scoring leader in the NBA before Michael Jordan came. But we’re never recognized because of that. Dantley played Streetball. So we really don’t get the credit that we deserve. But as we stand here today, like myself and Baby Shaq on the AND1 team, we’re the best scorers on the team. So I’m happy to be from D.C. and we have a whole lot of other guys that can score. We got a lot of shooters in D.C. 

So I’m definitely happy to be from D.C. because it taught me a complete game, to be able to do everything. You would never be able to say that Prime can handle but he can’t shoot. Nobody says anything about Prime... something Prime can’t do, it won’t have anything to do with basketball. 

J: Who have been some of your biggest influences? 

PO: I believe my mother, number one, cause if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have my drive and I wouldn’t be here today right now. Lord knows what I’d be doing. A lot of my idols were football players. I love football. My uncle, he definitely helped make me what I am, cause I grew up in a house with five women, and he was the only man in my life. So definitely him, and other than that, a lot of football players... I’m a big Eric Dickerson fan, he’s like my all time favorite athlete period, in any sport. And then I like George Gervin and Scotty Pippen. 

J: What do you like the most about Streetball? 

PO: I just like the raw form of it. To be able to come out and express yourself... I played D1 college ball for Georgetown, I played in the NBA with Orlando, I’ve been to plenty of NBA camps, things like that. It’s all controlled unless you are their “chosen star,” their chosen one who they want to blow up. I’ve experienced playing on a team where you’re better than 5, 6 players on the team but you’re not the “chosen one” so you’ve got to kind of hold back, which is not good to me. I think that’s the problem with basketball today. But Streetball is like the freestyle of hip hop or rap, you know, you just walk up to the mike and do your... whatever comes out, comes out. It’s like the best expression... it’s the most fun that I’ve had ever playing basketball. 

J: In your opinion, what’s the key to being a good Streetballer? 

PO: First of all, I think you have to know the game. I host the Open Run, and I see a lot of kids come out there with some fabulous tricks, but they can’t pass and shoot. So those are things you learn from the game. I think that comes too from watching the tapes, because you might see a clip of somebody doing this, somebody doing that, but that’s not going on in the full game. So they take that part of the game and forget about fundamentals and the little things. So I think definitely you have to learn the game first because it will make it easier for you to be able to do the extras. 

J: How would you describe your style of play? 

PO: I have a laid-back style... I have no expressions and my demeanor is non-chalant. I bust people’s ass, score points. I’m a trash-talker though. I shoot... my shooting is my strength because I’ve got like unlimited range, so the games I play now, these games I’ll be at 10 threes, 12 threes, 8 threes, a couple times 6 threes, and not even the college line, from deep. I shoot and make shots from half court. So that’s how I shoot. 

J: What would you say are some of your trademark moves? 

PO: I made up some moves just for the fans, like for the kids and stuff because we used to have this Mountain Dew Breakdown that we had to do for the commercial. So when I was out there, I was like joking around with the cameraman and made up some crazy move. And every time I 

shot after I did the move, I made it. So I was like, shoot, this is my new move! And once they saw it on television, the next time I went to the game, all the kids were like “Yo Prime, I got your move! I got your move!” And when I was doing it, every time I’d shoot I’d say “Buckets! Buckets!” So the kids started calling the move “buckets” and were like “Prime! I got the buckets! I got it! I know how to do the buckets!” And I was like, wow, I wasn’t even paying attention, I was just joking! 

So that’s like one of my moves, but also I’ve got... my real trademark its a Steve Smith move. Backing somebody down, and you just get a fake dribble... you throw your shoulders like you’re going right, you’re going left... it’s an old, simple move and it’ll work every time. 

J: What gets you most happy on the court? 

PO: When people are passing me the ball. What makes me most sad is when they don’t pass me the ball. 

J: Tell me how you first became a part of AND1? 

PO: Well actually I played in a few games back in the beginning. I got a call from a friend who was like “do you want to play in this game?” So I used to play but, at the same time I was still trying to get into the NBA and stuff, and I didn’t think it would be good for me at the time, as far as the whole “Streetball Stigma” when trying to get into the league. 

And then a couple summers ago, like 5, 6 years ago, they had this big game in New York, the AND1 team versus New York Legends. They considered me a New York Legend because I got MVP at the Rucker tournament. So I played for the New York team against AND1 and I had 55 points. 

J: Did you win? 

PO: No, see it was a controversial game, because I made a shot from behind half court. We were down by [three], so Shane the Dribbling Machine, he thought he’d be smart... “Look, if you catch it, we don’t have no fouls to give. If you foul him, he only gets two free throws so [they] can win the game.” It was a good coaching move. 

But me, knowing basketball, knowing that this was going to happen, as soon as they threw me the ball, I just jumped and shot it, from behind half court. And when he grabbed me, they blew the whistle, and the shot went it. So it was a four-point play. But, you do the math. The referee was like “the shot’s no good, but you get three free throws.” Now why would you get three free throws if it’s not a shooting foul? Do the math. 

J: Yeah, that’s weird. 

PO: Right. We were down three. So that made the game tied up, and they beat us in overtime. But it was cool because we knew who won... Skip (Rayful Alston) threw the microphone because he was mad, and then Main Event kicked the ball in the river. I got over it. Plus 55 points and a contract. 

J: What’s been your best moment on tour? 

PO: I’d like to say the game during this winter tour. Me and Helicopter, we were going back-to-back shooting threes. It was like a sequence. We hit 10 three pointers in a row. We started off at the college line. I made a three pointer, and he came and made a three pointer. I came back and shot it from the NBA line, he came back and shot it from the college three. I came back and shot it a step behind the NBA line, he came back and shot a college three and made it. Then I came back and poured it from half court and made it. And that was it. I made it. The crowd was going nuts. That brought the reaction you would get if you saw someone do the best move ever or best dunk, I got that reaction from shooting jump shots. I ran up the stands, 

going through the crowd and everybody was giving me fives and everything. I had made 5 three pointers in a row but I stepped back further each time. Back to back to back to back, all the way to half court and did my world famous cart wheel! Lol

J: Must have been fun to watch. 

PO: It was incredible. 

J: What’s been your toughest moment on the tour? 

PO: The only tough moment I have, once again, is when people don’t pass me the ball, and my first year on the tour (2001), I had surgery on my thumb, and I missed like the whole season. I only played the last four games. 

J: When you’re in the stands and you’re watching the Open Runs, and you’re judging the players, what are you looking for when you decide who gets to advance into the building? 

PO: A player who’s flat out outstanding, like as far as his hops if he can dunk, or his handling, his moves... I look and see who can play basic fundamental basketball because first of all, they’re going to be competing against myself, and I’m a pro, so I can’t come out here with a kid who don’t have true basketball because it makes me look stupid as far as the matchup, know what I mean? I’ll go in a local neighborhood and play in the playground with anybody, but when I’m out here on my job, this is what I do, I want it to be competitive because it’s going to make me play harder. It’s not good to play at the level of competition because you’re supposed to have killer instincts at all times. But some people are not like that. 

So I look for somebody who can flat-out play regular basketball. I use Professor as an example. The first time I saw him play, they didn’t even pass him the ball. So I saw how he was moving about, and how he was playing the game, and I was like, “damn, that kid can play! I’m going to give him another chance to come back and play.” When he came back the second time, he was getting the ball more, and he was incredible. So I could have just looked at him that day and be like, “he didn’t do nothing so I’m not going to pick him.” Then there wouldn’t be no Professor. 

J: Now what about after the Main Runs, when you guys are in the locker rooms and you guys have to decide who gets voted out, who gets to stay on the bus? 

PO: The Main Runs? I don’t really pick… but we do as a team. Some people go off who did the most moves, or style or whatever, I want to see the stats. Like if the guy had 2 points but he hustled his ass off and got 14 rebounds, I would take him and give him another chance because he’s someone that we can use, because that person is trying to get a spot on our team. 

So I look at everything, like personalities, do I want to be his teammate? Is this the type of guy I want to be around? Share something special with? Because this is special to me, it’s like real groundbreaking. We’re doing something we grew up doing and just now being recognized and respected, even though there are some higher beings who don’t like it, they say that we’re ruining the game, but yeah if we’re ruining the game, your child loves us. So what’s important to you? 

J: What sort of music groups do you like listening to? 

PO: I listen to everything, man, like right now, if I had a 5 disc changer, definitely Jay-Z’s in there, Young Jeezy, Maroon 5, I like The Dream and something old school like Anita Baker. That’d be my 5 right there. I like everything, I like John Mayer. 

J: What’s your favorite movie? 

PO: Oooh, favorite movie? That would be Boomerang. 

J: Do you have any superstitions or rituals you do before a game? 

PO: No superstitions or rituals. 

J: When you retire, what do you want to be remembered as? 

PO: When I retire… wow, I never thought of that… I just want people to remember that Prime Objective, Lonnie Harrell, was true to the game… I will want people to really take a look at my game and see the blessings and the talent I was given. Being 6’7”, being able to dribble with both hands, shoot with both hands, to do things that all the guys do, tricks and moves and still be able to jump… do the best of both, on the ground and in the air. I want people to see that I was an all-around player, regardless if I make it to the NBA or not. 

I would want to be mentioned like how people talk about Earl Manigault, the Goat, stuff like that. Because if you look at me, there are things that these guys did in their lives that were documented because they came from New York or whatever, like they had another movie Soul in the Hole about Booger and everything, I have a story in the background that can go way beyond that, because when I was younger, I did mine against guys that were in the NBA. 

They talk how some of these guys in New York, “oh yeah, 52 on Dr. J” and so on, but in my time, my era, there’s a lot of big-name basketball players out here right now that I destroy. I scored 40 points in a half against someone. And stuff like that, so, I wish somebody would have enough respect that they could take that and just be like “damn, look at what this kid has done.” And then the difference between me and him too was that, they probably went to small schools, things like that. I made it to Division 1 college, I got my opportunity to go to NBA, but you know, it’s political, it’s a numbers-game thing. Hopefully, it’ll work out for me then somebody will be interested in that story, and then it will be like Prime was the shit, like, for real, he put it down. 

Cause New York is the Mecca. I went to New York and destroyed the Rucker. Destroyed it in one year! And this year I’m going back to close the chapter because it’s gone, it’s the past now… like I told you, my past is not like these other guys’ – I’m not from New York. So this year I’m going to go back and refresh their memory and then walk away from them. At my age now!

J: Any final words for the fans? 

PO: If you don’t believe how good that I believe that I am, get in front of me. Friend or foe!

PURE FUN IN THE SKYE!!!!

I don't know how you would feel being a member of the Mile High club but I know how it feels to have fun in the Skye! Skye Lounge that is. Last Monday will be one to remember! It was something that the coolness of D.C. would have never called for. A place where most people in the club are so cool they don't want to dance and rather be seen or see who's there, the attendees at the Skye lounge put the cool to the side and played with the sexy! Can you say "Limbo for shots?" That's right, you read that right, "Limbo for shots!" Those who attend the Skye Lounge knows that you will not walk out the way that you walked in! Saying that, when I told the DJ and another guy that we were about to give free shots to the ladies who make it under the pole they looked at me crazy and said it would ruin the party. Let me tell you this, never have I had that much fun in a party in D.C. ever! I will say again EVER! The only thing I can say is, you never know what to expect at Skye, leave the cool and we accept the sexy! It's always sexy if you got it!

I will no longer argue about the two greatest players in basketball today. Basketball teams win rings together. Kobe & Shaq. Jordan, Pippen & Horace Grant. Magic, Worthy & Kareem. Bird, McKhale & Parrish. Wilt & Jerry West. It's a team game! So leave the Kobe got it because of Shaq out the convo. he played a great part defensively, offensively and in the clutch. Lebron will have his turn and guess what will be said? He wouldn't have got it with out who he's paired with. So let the men be great and enjoy the show! I am! Kobe Bryant deserves all he's worked for!

For you chumps who question what I think about it, listen to this... I can speak on it because I understand there level of play. Mentally, physically & skill wise. I understand it and can do it just as well! You either seen it, caught it or heard about it. And still doing it today! Thank you very much. Lotta Ego in that statement and can back it up!

What Makes You The Best?

I need everyone who read this to please comment! Please say what you feel, I am a strong dude who has been criticized my entire life and withstood all the storms. So please let me know how you feel on this subject!

  Ok... The thing that made me want to talk about this subject is basketball! The biggest debate on the planet is who's the best, Lebron or Kobe. Ok... Let me start by giving my opinion and what I think of this situation. First let me say this. Kobe Bryant has the better skill package of any player that I have witnessed in my time! I've been playing basketball longer then either of them and have seen the likes of Ice Man George Gervin, Bernard King, Adrian Dantley who are all better scorers then the both of them! But not better basketball players! Numbers aren't everything in Basketball accept the score when the time runs out. Ok... Saying that Lebron James is a very physical basketball player. He's 6'9 250lbs @ the age of 24. Kobe Bryant 6'6 205 lbs age 30. Now, neither played in college, scratch that. Both were lottery pics. Both are All Stars one has rings and i could keep going in comparison. But in this world, one has to be the best! What determines that? To each his own? The fanatic side of the game? Or stats? We can't use stats because these guys stats are almost equal 27 & 28 pts. average 5 & 6 asst, 5 & 7 rebs. So for all the "look what he does for his team crap", out the window! You could ask guys who play against them. Well I know a lot of guys in the league. The same response comes from all of them the same and I promise it goes,  "Lebron is a beast! He so big, but Kobe is that dog!" Kobe the best in the league." Ok, look @ that statement. Lets dissect it. 1st: " Lebron is a beast!" reference (a beast) the definition we use for beast is; anyone that is dominant or very good @ something. someone ripped or cut, looks tough or has an intimidating presence! (From UrbanDictionary.com) and "He's so big" Self explanatory. Ok... for Kobe: "Kobe is that dog!" reference (that dog) the definition we use for dog is; The Man! merely do something because you can, the best @ what you do! (From UrbanDictionary.com) also "the best in the league!" Again self explanatory. I referenced those statements to say this. Kobe's skill package is that of no other. (In the NBA) There are players who may have the skill package that he has but not have done it on that level! It's guys in the NBA that may have more talent then Kobe but when the lights go on we don't see it! For those who know basketball, Kobe has a better skill package then the great MJ his self. Yeah I said it and have played and worked out with them both and have seen it. Does that make Kobe better then him? No it doesn't but it's damn close! MJ could have the edge because of his drive in games to make sure his team wins. This year that final game against Boston, Kobe's drive couldn't compare to Mikes when he had to step it up in Utah, so I give the edge to Mike. Lebrons drive? I can't even speak on that because first, he has to show that he has the SKILLSssss... to come down damn near every time when your team needs a bucket for 5 minutes straight to win an "IMPORTANT" game! He has to put an "IMPORTANT!" game on his back and shoulders. Ok... you can say he's young but that's no excuse. Magic Johnson came in the NBA his rookie year and won the Championship when the best player on the court got injured (Kareem Abdul Jabaar) and he put it on his back and won the championship. Ben Roethlesburger of the Steelers is 26yrs old and he has 2 Superbowls. What are we waiting for? Kobe got his 1st ring at the age of 21. Kobe didn't start his first season, he wasn't the man on the team the 1st 3yrs. he had to wait his turn. His turn came and he produced a ring. Lebron was the man from day 1! What are we waiting for? Stop saying when he gets Kobe's age. That makes it even better because y'all sound like you comparing a man to a boy! Get it right and watch the greatest do his thing! Kobe has played with bum knees, came from surgery on his knee in 13 days, needs surgery for a finger for over a year now, played a whole half of season with a bum ankle and got the Lakers without any top players to game 7 against the Suns and hasn't stopped yet. Lebron James on the other hand. Misses 13 games because the Detroit Pistons slapped his hand hard last year. Kobe decides not to get surgery on his finger, plays the season out, plays the Olympics (takes over the LAST 5 minutes of the Gold Metal Game w/ Lebron on his team) and returns to this years training camp no surgery again. Lebron James last year, sprained ankle misses 6 games. Come on know, pray his knees don't start hurting because he's done! His game is in his legs. He doesn't have the skill package to play with injuries. With Lebron you get a 3 pointer or a dunk. No in-between game for the kid. When does he ever shoot over his opponent with out it being a dunk? We all know in the playoffs you don't get them calls. You gotta post up and shoot over dudes! That's why he sits when he gets hurt. That Michael and that Kobe are so great because they do it how ever! Wait if you want for him to be Kobe's age but I think his time is now or never. In my book, Employee: #24 "Lord of The Rings" as my teammate @ Rucker Park and now known as "Black Mamba," is that DOG! Lebron fans, people talk about Mike and Kobe not Mike and Lebron. Lebron you are a great player but you can take off 23 and wear 24 now because he's one better on Mike! This is Lonnie Harrell aka Prime Objective and I stand firm and approve this message!

  The Superbowl is here and featuring a team that none of you Band Wagoners know about. The Arizona Cardinals is not my team. I'm a St. Louis Rams Fan And the New England Patriots. I have love for the Cardinals for a few good reasons. #1 Kurt Warner is my dude! He played for the Rams and went to 3 Superbowls and won 2. One of my favorite QB's of all time. #2 My homey D.D. (Darnell Dockett) From right here in Washington D.C. plays on that team. He's an animal! Folks don't know too much about them because they didn't get a lot of T.V. time. Well all the nay sayers screaming defense wins games. Well check out the stingiest secondary in the playoffs this year tonight in Tampa in the Cardinal red uniforms. Speaking of Cardinals, that's the Scorpio bird for the month of November. That's another reason I like them and oh yeah, back in the late 80's, ask Redskins fans about "Roy Green!" Shit, ask Darrell Green about him! Go Cardinals! Darnell I'm sending the Ghost of Soufeast EGO on the field with you, all you gotta do is back it up! Congratulations homey!

My Inauguration Thoughts and Experience

  This Inauguration is our generations biggest and most important.  From the swearing in of the 1st Black President to the acceptance by a Nation of a black leader is astounding to me.  On Friday the excitement built up, friends and visitors were entering into town and D.C. has transformed into a New City over night. The long awaiting of the Inauguration of The 44th President of the United States of America, Barack Hussein Obama has finally arrived! 

Day 1 Friday: 

  I woke up on Friday knowing that the phone would be ringing off the hook with friends trying to find out what to do for the evening. This night, Jay Z would be performing @ the Love Night Club.  The same evening was the beginning of my new Friday night party in D.C. Competing against Jay in Washington D.C. is like the Wizards playing against The Bulls in Michael Jordans Prime! Anyway, we ended up @ Love around 3am and to our surprise, Jay just hit the stage. It was a great beginning to the inaugural weekend. 

Skip too Day 4 Monday: 

  Monday morning I woke up started my day packed a bag and headed to the club (Skye Lounge) early. I packed a sweatsuit an extra scarf and a pull over hat. It was freezing outside but i had planned on leaving the club which is downtown to walk to the Capitol to get a good spot to view the swearing in. Downtown was shot off on this day and we were afraid that the party would flop because you couldn't park on any of the streets. Boy were we wrong, the valet guy showed up and had a parking garage around the corner. I hit the phone and text and emailed and this turned out to be the most fun Monday night party since I've been hosting them! It got to  point when the valet just left all the cars on the street. The party was sick!

  After the party, I threw my sweats over my clothes, got nice and layered up and the journey begin. We walked over 40 blocks @ 5am to get to the inauguration early to get as close as possible.
We stopped @ Starbucks to get Hot Chocolate and a sandwich before the walk. There were so many people in the streets walking there also. Vendors were selling toe & hand warmers. red cross passed out blankets, crowds of people were bundled up on the ground to stay warm. And It was freezing!

  

But we continued and the journey took us closer...
And closer...

Then finally got close enough after sleeping on the cold ground for 5hrs to get here! It was freezing but definitely worth it! It was a joyful time and a very peaceful day! The crime this day was null and people got a chance to enjoy and be a part of history! 

LET THE FESTIVITIES BEGIN! (THEY CAN'T STOP THE SEXY!

Just because the streets are getting blocked and you have to walk across the bridge from Virginia to get to DC, the sexiness will definitely be at Twelve Lounge. This weekend kicks off a celebration of history like never before! We will be in Washington D.C. celebrating with the masses! I can't wait to get started tomorrow night to begin this wonderful time of my life that my Grandma didn't get to see but dreamed of. I will definitely be in the streets with 2 cameras documenting my every move. You can only have 1 first black President. Saying that I have a long list of events and people you might want to see. 1st off the New Beginning of Twelve Lounge starts this Friday. Open for Happy Hour @ 6pm, we will be open all night til 5am. This party will kickoff the week right! Our location is the best place to be and the spot for the sexy people to come and party without the hassle. If you have seen our Monday Night crowd, imagine that on another level! Should I say "Black Hollywood"? 

Saturday is a big day for me. This is my 1st charity event in my home town of Washington D.C. This game is benefiting Washington, D.C. Boys & Girls Clubs. With a long list of celebs and athletes, this will definitely be one to remember! We also have a long list of guest Celebrities who names we couldn't promote due to security reasons. But don't miss it! The official after party for the game is @ Twelve Lounge and will be ridiculous! Like everybody else in the hood, from the hood, made it out the hood, God fearing man that got a whole lotta game on that got damn court! Next question: Well, "why he not in the league?"
